Interval 12 is a wall calendar organized around one year, twelve months and a fixed visual system.

Each month occupies a complete page. Dates are arranged within a consistent grid with open space for appointments, deadlines, travel, reminders and handwritten notes. The structure remains unchanged as the year progresses, allowing information to accumulate without disrupting the underlying order.

The calendar is designed to stay visible. Rather than requiring a screen, application or interaction to consult it, the current month remains continuously present in the room. Dates can be understood at a glance, then used more closely as a working surface.

Its graphic system is deliberately reduced. Typography establishes hierarchy without decoration. Spacing, proportion and alignment separate information rather than additional graphic elements. The result is an object that can remain on the wall for an entire year without becoming visually dominant.

Interval 12 contains twelve monthly pages plus a cover and is printed on heavyweight 271 g/m² paper. The substantial stock gives each page greater physical presence and provides a firm surface for everyday writing.

A silver-colour metal wire binding runs across the upper edge. An integrated metal loop forms the hanging mechanism, keeping the construction direct and allowing each page to turn freely while the calendar remains suspended in place.

The same calendar system is offered in multiple sizes and colors. Scale changes the viewing distance and available writing area without altering the underlying layout. Color changes the relationship between the calendar and its surroundings while preserving the same structure, typography and proportions.

Interval 12 is intended to function simultaneously as a reference, a planning surface and a quiet graphic object. At the beginning of each month the page is almost empty. Over time it becomes a record of the information placed onto it, while the system beneath remains fixed.

A calendar measures time. Interval 12 gives that measurement a physical place.

Design

Interval 12 is based on a simple principle: time should be easy to locate.

The calendar uses repetition rather than novelty. Every month follows the same visual logic, creating a stable interface that becomes familiar through use. Dates, spacing and hierarchy stay consistent so the eye can move through the page without having to interpret a new composition each month.

The grid is treated as structure rather than decoration. It defines a place for each day while leaving enough room for the information added by the user. As handwriting, appointments and notes accumulate, the page becomes more complex, but the system underneath remains legible.

Color and scale are treated as variables within the same design rather than separate editions. Every variant maintains the same proportions, typographic hierarchy and functional arrangement.

The intention is not to make the calendar disappear, but to give it enough visual restraint to remain present for an entire year.

Production

Interval 12 is produced on demand.

Each calendar is digitally printed on heavyweight 271 g/m² paper and assembled with a silver-colour metal wire binding. The binding incorporates the hanging loop directly into the construction, reducing the object to its necessary components: printed pages, wire and a point of suspension.

Producing each calendar individually avoids maintaining unnecessary pre-produced inventory and allows size and color variants to remain part of one consistent product system.

Because each piece is produced for an individual order, minor variations inherent to digital printing and finishing may occur.
